The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Working closely with department heads, the Recruitment Officer ensures that staffing requirements are met with high-quality talent in alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Job Posting & Advertising: Draft clear and attractive job descriptions. Post job openings on various online platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
• Interview & Selection Process: Organize and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams. Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, such as tests or group discussions.
• Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment activities. Build relationships with universities, colleges, and professional organizations.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment-related data. Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and hiring trends to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
