Position Overview: The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the UAE labor market, recruitment regulations, and best practices. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Job Posting & Advertisement: Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with department heads. Assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit within the company.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates by maintaining professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer discussions, negotiate terms and conditions, and handle pre-employment checks, including visa and work permit processing.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in accordance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected and shared with relevant departments.
• Market Research: Stay informed about labor market trends in the UAE to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition.
• Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and analyses to present to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with specific experience in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and recruitment regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media for talent acquisition.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
