DUTIES
Post job openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to identify the best-fit talent for our organization.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment reports to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrate flexibility in your approach, as youu0027ll be working a 5-day week with public holidays off.
Contribute to various ad hoc recruitment administration tasks as needed.
Ability to attract, source, and hire top talent for the organization.
This role encompasses the entire process from screening to ensuring the candidate is ready to join the business.
