As a Recruitment Officer , you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare organization. Your role will involve understanding the unique staffing needs of healthcare facilities, adhering to industry regulations, and employing effective recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality of care through skilled professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Understanding Healthcare Staffing Needs
• Collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs across various departments, specialties, and healthcare settings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to healthcare recruitment.
• Utilize a variety of channels such as healthcare job boards, professional associations, networking events, and social media platforms to attract qualified healthcare professional. targeted recruitment strategies to reach passive candidates and build a robust pipeline of talent.
• Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact recruitment practices.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant healthcare experience and qualifications.
• Facilitate the interview process, ensuring timely scheduling and feedback.
• Extend job offers to selected candidates
• Coordinate the onboarding process, including background checks, drug screenings, and orientation sessions.
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, applicant sources, and retention rates, to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the healthcare recruitment process.

Qualifications: ?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through quality staffing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
