:Our client is a seasonal holding company in Abu Dhabi, which is seeking a Recruitment Manager (Investment Sector) to join their team.As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing the full cycle recruiting strategy to attract top talent that aligns with our companys goals and culture.Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate, and participate in interviews, and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

• Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

• Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.

• Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management.

• Process Excellence: Create a robust recruitment process end - to - end for both candidate and Line manager.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industry, e.g., corporate, international experience (preferred but not essential), healthcare, finance.

• Must be western Educated

• Should be English Native speaker or European language speaker

• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).
