Job Description

Develop and Execute Hiring Strategies
Create targeted recruitment plans to attract top-tier real estate agents, brokers, and operational staff.
Align hiring strategies with organizational goals and market trends.
Source and Attract Talent
Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source candidates.
Build relationships with real estate schools, training programs, and industry associations.
Screening and Interviewing
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidate fit based on skill and culture.
Implement structured interview processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Employer Branding & Outreach
Promote the company's culture, values, and benefits across multiple platforms.
Organize and attend career fairs, open houses, and recruitment events.
Pipeline and Relationship Management
Maintain a proactive pipeline of real estate professionals and passive candidates.
Nurture long-term relationships with high-potential prospects.
Metrics and Reporting
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, retention rates, etc.).
Prepare regular recruitment performance reports for leadership.
Onboarding Support
Collaborate with HR and team leads to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Support new agents with training resources and orientation.
Compliance and Best Practices
Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with labor laws and real estate licensing regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Team Collaboration
Partner with sales leaders and department heads to understand team needs and priorities.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruiters or coordinators, if applicable.
