Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Recruitment Manager

with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE to oversee and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, client management, and business development within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs. Generate new business opportunities and expand the company's client portfolio. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various industries and job roles. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and market trends.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of UAE experience

in recruitment. Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and hiring trends. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and KPIs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Must have own visa

and be available for an immediate start.
