Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through advanced techniques, including headhunting, AI-driven platforms, professional networks, social media, and referral programs.
• Rapid Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement methods to meet aggressive hiring targets, with a focus on both speed and quality.
• Pipeline Building: Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, especially for senior and specialized roles.
• Job Market Expertise: Stay updated on talent market trends and utilize data to identify the best strategies for attracting hard-to-find candidates.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to deeply understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Optimized Processes: Continuously improve the recruitment lifecycle, leveraging technology and best practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Candidate Assessment: Utilize advanced screening techniques, including behavioral interviews, competency assessments, and psychometric tests, to identify the best-fit candidates.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the recruitment team to ensure high productivity and maintain a performance-driven culture.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates, to drive performance improvements.
• Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns and positive candidate engagement.
• Adaptable Recruitment Strategies: Implement flexible and innovative approaches to overcome hiring challenges for niche and technical roles.
• Advanced Tools and Technologies: Utilize cutting-edge recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI sourcing tools, and HR analytics platforms, to optimize the recruitment process.
• Networking and Outreach: Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and professional forums to attract high-caliber talent.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and organizational policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD ) are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role .
• Proven ability to fill hard-to-hire positions quickly and effectively, even in competitive talent markets.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
• Strong familiarity with UAE labor laws and the local job market.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage high-volume recruitment demands.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage and close candidates effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
