Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the company
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for the company culture
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and candidate profiles
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruitment events to attract top talent
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of positions at different levels
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
