The Role
Core Responsibilities: o Develop and lead strategic initiatives to attract a high-caliber, diverse workforce aligned with the company values and culture. o Ensure all job and career advertisements comply with brand guidelines, promoting company as an employer of choice. o Actively support Emiratization efforts by participating in job fairs, conducting open days at universities, and ensuring online and social media activities are aligned with these efforts. o Collaborate with Emiratization specialists to maintain the Group's MoHRE status and encourage hiring of Emiratis across departments. o Provide innovative insights for sourcing and filling complex, hard-to-fill positions. o Maintain a cost-effective and efficient hiring process through a balanced mix of channels, including networking, social media, and professional organizations. o Partner with external recruitment agencies to coordinate CV reviews, interviews, and feedback processes, ensuring vendor contracts are in place and approved. o Organize regional and overseas hiring campaigns for technical and labor roles when necessary. o Collaborate with internal stakeholders (GMs, HODs) to ensure compliance with recruitment standards and policies, including requisition approvals and succession planning discussions. o Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative culture within the recruitment team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement. o Continuously seek ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process. o Build and maintain strong relationships with GMs and HODs to meet the hiring needs of each department or business unit. o Develop talent pipelines for future key positions across company and manage various recruitment channels, including walk-ins, referrals, and online applications. o Coordinate with MARCOM to develop effective social media campaigns to attract talent, with a focus on Emirati nationals. o Ensure the consistency and maintainability of recruitment processes by adhering to established technical standards and procedures. o Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, updating recruiters and managers on relevant changes. o Research and implement new sourcing strategies and job advertising platforms to access untapped talent pools. o Oversee background checks, professional references, and the issuance of offer letters. o Provide weekly recruitment updates to internal customers, managing expectations and supporting manpower planning. o Supervise, coach, and mentor the recruitment team, setting performance goals and monitoring results. o Recommend and oversee professional development for the recruitment team. o Ensure all team members are trained on company processes and policies.
Requirements
Experience: o Prior exposure to the Middle East market is essential, along with experience in team management, recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and top management hiring. Candidates may come from either an agency or corporate background. Skills: o Proven ability to manage recruitment processes, work with stakeholders, and lead a team effectively.
