:A Dubai-headquartered Communications company and one of the fastest growing marketing and communications agencies having a leadership team and advisory board of top celebrities, is now hiring a native Engish-speaking Recruitment Lead for their Dubai office.Job Summary:The Recruitment Lead acts as an internal recruitment consultant, responsible for ensuring a steady stream of qualified and vetted applicants for all roles. This is crucial for managing potential staff turnover and supporting the company's aggressive expansion plans and requires non-stop advertising of roles and constant initial interviewing of potential candidates by the Recruitment Lead. The Recruitment Lead will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, maintain a talent pipeline, and ensure the timely and efficient hiring of top talent across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Ensure a steady pre-emptive stream of vetted applicants for all roles to manage staff turnover and support expansion plans.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organisation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with team managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Conduct background checks and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruitment (whether inhouse or agency), with a focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
