Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop essential skills in a professional setting. The Recruitment Intern will assist primarily with reference checking and the completion of employee documents, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
• Reference Checking: Conduct thorough reference checks for potential candidates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing employee documents, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on their application status.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Compliance: Ensure all employee documentation is complete and complies with company policies and legal requirements.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, particularly in document management and record-keeping.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS and document management systems is a plus.
