We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is going to be an

Unpaid Internship

for a period of 3 months.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the recruitment process by helping source, screen, and interview potential candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR functions while contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with sourcing candidates using various platforms. Screen resumes and applications, matching candidates to job descriptions Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications Support job posting efforts by creating and updating job descriptions Maintain and update candidate database Provide administrative support to the recruitment team Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams on various recruitment initiatives and projects

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) for sourcing is a plus
