Human Resource Specialist - Job Details (Female Candidate may apply only) At Prowin Properties LLC, we drive a culture of Growth and look for a suitable candidate who will understand the requirement and drive this culture forward. : - Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems - Handle issues that arise between an organization\'s workforce and management. - Actively participate in recruitment by preparing & posting ads and managing the hiring process - Develop and apply overall strategies and programs to recruit, hire, onboard, train, and dismiss employees. - Plan and coordinate an organization\'s workforce to accomplish the organization\'s goals. - Responsible for evaluating jobs and developing salary structures and benefits plans.
