Position Overview:

As the Recruitment Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent in the fast-evolving crypto industry. You will lead and execute our recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent across various functions, including technology, finance, marketing, and operations.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and manage recruitment processes to identify, engage, and hire skilled professionals. Utilize a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure effective and efficient recruitment practices.
• Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. Promote our company's culture, values, and unique selling points to prospective employees.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to make informed recruitment decisions.
• Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and regulations. Promote best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
