We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Administration: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems. Candidate Management: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide updates and feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that all necessary Resources and materials are prepared for interviews. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. - Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
