Job Description

We, Summit Labour Supply Services, are a recruitment company and we are looking to employ a competent and dedicated HR Recruitment Coordinator to work with one of our clients based in Dubai.

This post will have a particular focus on recruitment ensuring the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and training & development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer's business goals.

•Jobs Responsibilities: •

• Use online platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Create or update job descriptions that clearly define roles and expectations.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide interviewers with necessary candidate details and interview guides.

Core Skills Required

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Understanding of employment laws and HR practices.
• Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 3 years of experience and above in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: AED 5,000 to 8,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
