Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator and Administration professional (Only Male Candidates) with 3+ years of experience to manage overseas recruitment processes for our Construction, MEP, Civil, and FM projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating overseas interviews, sourcing and hiring white-collar and blue-collar workers, and onboarding top-tier talent. The role demands leveraging engineering knowledge to address technical requirements and conducting trade tests for MEP and Civil categories during overseas interviews to shortlist quality candidates for our prestigious clients.
Location:
Dubai, UAE (with international travel as required).
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel with delegates to overseas locations to manage all aspects of interview arrangements, ensuring smooth execution of schedules, logistics, venue setup, and candidate readiness.
• Maintain effective control of overseas agencies, collaborating with them to ensure maximum candidate turnout for interviews.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and trade tests to assess candidates' skills and suitability, ensuring trade tests meet job specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare trade test setups and locations to meet delegate requirements, addressing logistical challenges promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collect and verify all necessary documents from selected candidates for the onboarding process, coordinating with relevant departments for timely visa processing and formalities.
• Provide detailed reports on recruitment activities, including candidate performance and agency contributions, while offering feedback to enhance future recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in overseas recruitment, preferably within construction, MEP, civil engineering, or FM industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and project requirements.
• Familiarity with global recruitment trends and visa/work permit regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Salary and Other Benefits:
• Salary: AED 4500 - AED 5500 + Attractive Incentives
