Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize recruitment strategies.
End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals) to attract top talent.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for the company.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in recruitment and business development.
? Strong networking and relationship management skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
?Knowledge of ATS and recruitment software is a plus.
