Recruitment Consultant
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Undertake and manage tasks assigned by the Principal Recruitment Consultant.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
• Manage candidates from the initial stage of sourcing to the final stage of signing the employment contract.
• Be responsible for sourcing own candidates.
• Be prepared to sell candidates on the job, salary, and employer benefits.
• Prepare job descriptions for job postings.
• Ensure all work and data are correctly inputted.
• Ensure the acquisition of new candidates through referrals.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and be responsible for the delivery of candidates.
• Manage individual workload to ensure targets are met.
JOB LOCATION: JLT, Dubai
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
