We are seeking a passionate and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong agency background to join our dynamic team.As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Tech Talent Hub, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Source, identify, and attract top tech talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural fit for our clients.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates\' skills, experience, and qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for Tech Talent Hub.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record in 360 degree recruitment and agency recruitment.
Strong understanding of the tech industry and technical roles (e.g., software developers, data scientists, DevOps engineers).
Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Strong business development skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
