The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent in various business support roles, including executive assistants, office managers, administrative professionals, and customer service representatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for helping businesses build effective support teams.This position would be a 6 - 12 month contract role.Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and support.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with insights and advice on talent acquisition strategies.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions in the company\'s CRM system.
- Offer Management: Assist in negotiating and finalizing job offers between clients and candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Provide support to clients and candidates during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
