We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in white-collar recruitment and experience across a variety of sectors, including but not limited to hospitality, construction, MEP, healthcare, banking, education, telecommunications, and finance. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients across these industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, both current and future, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Recruitment Process Management:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.
• Keep track of candidate pipeline and client feedback to ensure successful placements.
• Market Knowledge & Industry Trends:
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide clients with market insights.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of the sectors we serve to better understand the skills and experience required for specific roles.
• Business Development & Networking:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your dedicated industries to expand our client base.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and job fairs to build your professional network and promote our recruitment services.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on white-collar recruitment in industries such as hospitality, construction, MEP, healthcare, banking, education, telecommunications, and finance.
• In-depth understanding of the local job market and industry-specific requirements.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate assessment and interview techniques.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in recruitment would be advantageous.
