The Role
Job Summary: The Recruitment and Selection Specialist is responsible for managing Company Manpower plans and the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing methods, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions. o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. o Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. o Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. o Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions. o Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates. o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. o Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual. o Administer and evaluate pre-employment assessments and tests. o Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. o Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates. o Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. o Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. o Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. o Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels. o Participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
Requirements
Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. o Proven experience as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist or similar role. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment. o Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices. o Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong organizational and time-management abilities. o Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. o Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Preferred Skills: o Certification in HR/Recruitment o Advanced Sourcing Techniques o Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes. o Familiarity with the latest HR technologies and tools o Multilingual abilities.
