:Parsons is seeking a talented Recruiting Director to join our team! In this role, you will design and manage the recruiting team, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are followed throughout the recruiting process. You will lead a diverse team of high-performing recruiters and ensure that recruiting metrics align with industry best practices and growth goals. It is critical that the Recruiting Director develops a strong partnership with line leadership and is seen as a trusted advisor. This role also requires effective collaboration with internal staff and key contacts to ensure the success of the recruitment program.What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing:Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other staff involved in the hiring process.Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance requirements are met while maintaining flexibility and agility for efficiency.Work closely with key stakeholders in the business and across functional organizations. Use data and market analysis to advise stakeholders on hiring best practices.Apply advanced business acumen to proactively support the needs of the business. Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term plans to effectively execute and achieve goals.Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to measure recruitment efficiency and identify gaps. Compare and contrast market data with internal data to find improvement opportunities.Leverage existing tools within the business effectively. Understand key recruiting and HR technologies and how they integrate and exchange data.Stay informed about current trends in technology, including advantages and security concerns.Create presentation materials for management and executive briefs, ensuring the right level of information for the audience.
