Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to manage Overseas recruitment processes for our Construction, MEP, and FM projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in Overseas Interviews Coordinating, sourcing & hiring White Collar & Blue Collar, and onboarding top-tier talent while leveraging their engineering knowledge to understand and address technical requirements.

Location:

Dubai, UAE (with international travel as required).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel with delegates to overseas locations and manage all aspects of interview arrangements and coordination, ensuring the smooth execution of interview schedules, logistics, venue setup, and candidate readiness.

2. Maintain effective control of overseas agencies, collaborating with them to ensure the maximum candidate lineup for interviews.

3. Conduct preliminary interviews and trade tests to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability, ensuring that trade tests align with job specifications and industry standards.

4. Ensure trade test setups and locations are prepared and ready for delegates, addressing any logistical challenges promptly to meet their requirements and timelines.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment agencies, as a key point of contact to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

6. Assist in collecting and verifying all necessary documents from selected candidates for the onboarding process, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely visa processing and other formalities.

7. Provide detailed reports on recruitment activities, including candidate performance and agency contributions, and offer feedback to improve future recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in overseas recruitment, preferably within construction, MEP, civil engineering, or FM industries.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and project requirements.

Familiarity with global recruitment trends and visa/work permit regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Salary and Other Benefits:

1. Salary: AED 5000 - AED 6000 + Attractive Incentives

2. Other Benefits: Employment Visa, Medical Insurance, and all other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
