• End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from job posting to final offer.
• Job Sourcing & Advertising:
Use multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, headhunting, employee referrals) to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers for further technical assessments or interviews.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to fully understand staffing needs and job specifications. Provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
• Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand, both online and offline, to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Offer Negotiation:
Prepare and present job offers, negotiating compensation packages and start dates with candidates.
• Talent Pool Development:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Utilize social media, networking events, and referrals to keep the talent pipeline active.
• Data & Reporting:
Track key recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress. Maintain accurate records of interviews, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies.
• Onboarding Support:
Assist with the coordination of onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition, preferably within the Russian job market or international recruiting.
• Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Language Proficiency:
Fluent in Russian (native or professional level), with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Proficient in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Russian labor laws and HR practices.
• Technical Skills:
Familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, VK, etc.), job boards, and recruitment databases. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
