As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in various real estate roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for real estate positions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and assess talent trends.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build relationships with real estate professionals and industry organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of real estate roles and the industry landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
