Who We're Looking For:

• Previous experience (Min. 1-2 years) in recruitment or HR roles.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for various positions within the company.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Communicate with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
