Position: Recruiter with HR Account Management Experience (Blue and White Collar)

Responsibilities:

Create engaging and professional video profiles of prospective candidates using multimedia tools. Foster strong relationships with hiring teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Manage the preparation and execution of contracts. Handle and oversee client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Lead recruitment efforts for positions across all levels, from blue-collar to senior management. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent solutions.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HR consultancy.

Expertise in multimedia recruitment strategies and video profiling. Proficiency with online recruiting platforms and tools. Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills. Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Well-established network of potential candidates across various channels. A proactive approach to staying up-to-date with multimedia recruitment trends. Ability to coach candidates on how to create professional video profiles.

Available to start within one week. Based in Dubai and available for an in-person interview.
