As an HR recruitment agency, Success Factor LLC FZ will play a crucial role in connecting qualified candidates with HR positions in client companies. The responsibilities of these employees will include: Sourcing and Screening: You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals. Conduct thorough screenings to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the positions. Candidate Placement: Match qualified candidates with suitable HR positions within client companies. This involves understanding the requirements of both the candidates and the clients and ensuring a successful match. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Understand their needs, preferences, and long-term goals. Provide exceptional service by offering guidance, support, and regular communication throughout the recruitment process. Roadmap Development: Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the agency\'s roadmap. Identify potential target markets, devise marketing strategies, and explore opportunities for growth and expansion. In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidates for these roles should possess expertise in HR recruitment, including knowledge of industry best practices, recruitment tools, and techniques. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both clients and candidates. Strong organizational and time-management skills are also essential to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. By hiring employees with the right skills and a proactive approach, Success Factor LLC FZ can establish a solid foundation for its operations and provide exceptional recruitment services to clients and candidates. Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in HR recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
Working Conditions: This is a full-time office based position. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone, in-person meetings, and using a computer to manage the recruitment process. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Working with a Recruitment Consultancy: 2 years (Required)
  • Online Recruitment Management: 1 year (Preferred)
