Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
Source candidates and manage the interview process.
Provide general HR and administrative support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2-3 years of HR recruitment experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
