Job Description

We are looking for a

talented Recruiter

to manage the end-to-end hiring process, attract top talent, and support workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment strategies, sourcing, and selection while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years

of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Strong knowledge of

UAE labor laws and visa procedures

. Experience using

ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software

.

Preferred Skills:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Fluency in

English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
