We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will support our talent acquisition efforts, sourcing and recruiting the best talent for our organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, looking to grow and develop their recruitment skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Use various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by managing communications and ensuring timely feedback.
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software.
• Must have own visa.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Female candidates preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
