We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, Job offer Processing, records, and documentation, managing the onboarding process, and database management. This is a full-time freelance position, and the successful candidate must be in Morocco.
Salary 8000- 11000 Moroccan Dirhams (Including bonus) / month

Key Responsibilities Will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Handling all the positions from entry-level to senior-level positions. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, ATS, LinkedIn, etc Filtering and screening prospective candidates for open positions. Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews. Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment. Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
