•Role Overview •
We are looking for a Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team at Manzil Asset Management. As the Recruiter / Headhunter, you will be responsible in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier talent for various roles within the real estate brokerage industry. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate brokerage market and a proven track record of recruiting experienced agents for top tier real estate brokerage companies in Dubai & UAE
•Key Responsibilities •
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for real estate roles, including sales agents, property consultants, property managers, and administrative staff.
2. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
3. Source candidates from network of agents from own database
4. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs in the real estate industry.
6. Collaborate with Sales managers & HR Managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
7. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies within the Dubai real estate sector.
8. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
9. Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes for selected candidates.
•Requirements •
1. Proven experience as a Recruiter/Headhunter, preferably in the real estate industry in Dubai.
2. Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including current trends and hiring demands.
3. Excellent networking skills and the ability to build relationships with professionals in the industry.
4. Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities using tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and talent databases.
5. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
7. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
