Job Purpose:The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified talent to meet business objectives. This role reports directly to the HR team lead and collaborates closely with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize diverse sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Source potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in evaluating candidates and facilitate the decision-making process.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide relevant documentation and training materials.
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process.
Promote the company as an employer of choice through various channels.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to enhance employer visibility.
Engage in initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and company culture.
