The Role
• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels. - Screening Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions. - Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Job Posting: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date. - Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process. - Database Management: Update and maintain the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
Requirements
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in any field is required. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and team members effectively. - Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling candidate data and scheduling. - Learning Enthusiast: Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
