This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Recruiter located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential Real Estate Agents and Brokers. You will also be responsible for creating job postings, attending job fairs, and networking with potential candidates in order to build a strong talent pipeline. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful placements and achieve business objectives. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Experience in Real Estate or related industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR policies, and labor laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
