Work closely with the team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company and client\xe2\x80\x99s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including negotiating salary and benefit packages.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review CVs and credentials to identify qualified candidates who meet position requirements.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager or consultant , clients and candidates.
Build and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Perform reference checks.
Utilise recruitment software to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and agency policies throughout the recruitment process, including data protection and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, consultants, hiring managers and clients.
Hiring organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office and experience with recruitment softwares.
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
