Developing content to support vacancies or labor market communication, such as writing quotes or testimonials, creating appropriate images or optimizing the work.
Continuously monitoring the labor market, keeping track of trends and developments, and anticipating changes to develop appropriate strategies for the municipality.
Job Experience:
A Completed education in the field of, for example: HR, Communication, Marketing or Psychology;
At least 2 years of work experience as a (Corporate) Recruiter;
Experience in writing vacancy, sourcing candidates and building talent pools in LinkedIn Recruiter;
