Job Title: Recruiter - Domestic WorkersWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to handle recruitment process for domestic workers and facilities management staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, particularly within the UAE. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to independently drive recruitment initiatives while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company best practices.Job Responsibilities:
Handle sourcing, screening, and selection process for candidates in domestic workers and facilities management roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by identifying and engaging potential candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill vacancies promptly.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate periodic reports on recruitment metrics.
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic workers or facilities management staff.
Demonstrated ability to handle recruitment independently, including administrative and operational aspects.
Required Education & Qualification:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Advanced knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
