Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Ensure recruitment goals and timelines are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment practices in the UAE is a plus.
