• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Build relationships with potential candidates to enhance the talent pool.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition
Qualifications:
• Experience: Min 1year proven experience in recruitment
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
