The InterContinental Hotels Group\xc2\xae properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Daily briefing with Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager and employees
• Completely understand and enforce club\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations
• Update and develop SOP\xe2\x80\x99s for all work areas and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties as per the standards
• Understand and be familiar with all the facilities, memberships and services provided
• Implement a daily / weekly / monthly cleaning and maintenance check list for all relevant employees and ensure it is acted upon
• Ensure the club is clean and tidy and the setup of the club is proper at all times
• Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout the daily operation
• Ensure that guest adhere to all club\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations

What we need from you:

• Good level of spoken/written English
• Flexibility in shifts & tasks
• Organizational, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train others
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar environment (4-5* hotel)
