As a Recreation Receptionist at Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel, you are the first point of contact for guests in our recreational facilities. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and assisting guests with information related to recreational activities.

• Collaborate with the recreation team to coordinate and schedule activities.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Promote recreational programs, classes, and wellness initiatives to guests.
• Stay updated on recreational offerings and events.
• Assist in maintaining safety and security measures in recreational facilities.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
