We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recovery Executive fluent in Malayalam Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing recovery calls, meeting monthly targets, and implementing smart strategies to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily calls to clients to follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets with a strategic and goal-oriented approach.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and payment statuses.
• Develop effective communication strategies to negotiate and resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize recovery processes and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; knowledge of English and Hindi is an advantage.
• Previous experience in recovery, collections, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
• Smart and proactive approach to resolving payment issues.
