Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to recover outstanding debts. Handle

difficult and fussy clients

with professionalism, patience, and negotiation skills. Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements while maintaining a positive client relationship. Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate recovery actions as per company policies. Collaborate with legal teams for escalated cases and assist with documentation for legal proceedings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities. Investigate disputes, address concerns, and provide solutions to avoid escalations. Identify trends in non-payment cases and suggest improvements to recovery strategies.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in debt collection, finance, or customer service.

Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to handle

difficult clients

and remain calm under pressure.
? Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
? Knowledge of legal debt recovery processes is an advantage.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or law is a plus.
