We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Reconciliation Officer to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Performing reconciliations of clients funds, bank accounts & payment providers on a daily basis.
- Reconciliation of Platform equity and Payment method balances.
- Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner.
- Reporting of the reconciliation findings.
- Identifying weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company.
- Assist in other reconciliations and internal reporting as required.
- Stay up to date with the general companys policies and procedures.
- Produce reconciliation of Client liability over assets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Ability to identify errors and report any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to clients funds and balances.
- Investigating transactions and advice funding on corrections.
- Adhere to corporate standards and procedures relating to reconciliation activities.
- Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies.
- Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company.
- Assist in the improvement of procedures and controls in the relevant fields.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics/ Finance/ Business/ Statistics or any other relevant field is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in FOREX/CFDs industry is a must or at least years of
experience in a Finance, Banking, PSP position or any other relevant field will be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of Methodos Reconciliation System would be considered as an advantage
- Excel experience & knowledge is a must (Vlookup/Pivot/countIf formulas)\\
- Strong Analytical skills
- Excellent command of English (both verbal & written)
