Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Attend calls/mails and reply the same,
  • Help Administration in preparing all documents to be disbursed to clients
  • Direct the driver/messenger to distribute the assigned documents to assigned clients
  • Liaison with Dubai/Abu Dhabi office for all matters / follow up all documents to meet their delivery deadline.
  • Other Admin task if needed
General Requirements:
  • Polite
  • Knows Excel, Word and other software
  • Fast typist
  • Pleasant personality
  • Flexible / Multi tasking
  • Can handle pressure
  • Positive Attitude and Knows how to get well along with other colleagues
  • Knowledge in Basic Accounting - optional
  • Visit Visa holder may apply
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome
  • Salary is negotiable depends on experience.
